Since starting in Real Estate Development in 2012, Mr Thom has acquired, designed, built, stabilized and sold over one billion in commercial, residential, and multi family real estate including land and sub division development. Currently, he continues to build and grow market share in the commercial and build to rent residential markets of Nevada, Illinois, Texas, Missouri, Utah, and New Mexico.
